Event Photography With Cowboy Headshots
Prior to the event, partner with the photography event coordinator in advance. A phone call, or thorough mail, is generally enough, but you may in addition intend to meet personally. You’ll need to ask some key questions, if they fail to have the relevant information readily attainable including:
“Is there a program for the program? Could I obtain a copy up front?” If you’re anything at all like me, you’re a photography event headshot coordinator. You like to know ahead of time clearly what is mostly likely to happen, and perfectly, where. This way, you can make certain that you’re lined up to catch the keynote speaker or the second when a honoree receives their award. This isn’t really just a concern of convenience for you, it really helps you make sure that you have the capacity to provide the shots which will assist the group always remember their event (or, if suitable, to market it with regard to the years to come!).
